Hi, my name is James A. (Drew) Levy and I am the sole member and founder of Homespect LLC.  I am  also the chief inspector.  I have over twenty seven years of construction experience as a carpenter, electrician, project superintendent, project manager and president of a residential construction company.

After entering the home inspection field in 2007, I started perfoming home inspections on a part-time basis. While doing this I was continuing my education and certification levels. My drive and ambition has enabled Homespect LLC to offer the following: new construction, pre-listing, pool, mold, green building, wood destroying insect/organism, narcotics and commercial building inspections to its clients. Through our associates and partners, Homespect LLC. is able to offer: radon, private well and septic inspections.

I have completed many different types of inspections: Residential, commercial, sellers pre-listing and new construction just to name a few. Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing.  I always keep the client informed of any item that is noted.  I provide many quality color photos in every easy to read inspection report. You will have a thorough understanding of your home by the time we are finished.
